Over the course of the past two nights Meredith along with 49 other outstanding young women have been competing for the title of America's Junior Miss. Last night the preliminary awards were given out and Meredith was awarded three different ones.

- Bel Air Mall Community Service Essay award for $1,500
- Fitness Award for $1,000
- Self Expression Award for $1,000
